Rebooting the Player

Before performing any other troubleshooting steps, reboot the player first.

1. Locate any power buttons or switches if applicable (Some players do not have a power button or switch).

2. Unplug the player from the power cord on the back for at least 1 minute.

3. After 1 minute, plug the cord in and verify the player regains power.
